When self-esteem is low, it can lead to self-doubt, negative self-talk, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries. It may impact how you show up in the world and how you respond to challenges or setbacks. EMDR is a therapy that involves stimulating both sides of the brain through eye movement (using tapping, devices, light bar, etc) to aid in the processing and healing of traumatic memories.  Studies indicate that EMDR can alleviate the emotional distress and discomfort associated with such memories. EMDR has been  found to be effective for PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders.

Attachment Based Therapy

Attachment Based Therapy focuses on how early relationship (especially with caregivers) shape our ability to form and maintain healthy connections later in life. It’s often used to help people who’ve experienced trauma, neglect, or disrupted attachment in childhood. We work to create a secure, supportive relationship, helping clients explore past experiences and develop healthier ways of relating to others. It's especially effective for issues around trust, intimacy, and emotional regulation.

Strength Based Therapy

Strength Based Therapy utilizes positive psychology to assist individuals in identifying their strengths, developing resilience, and enhancing their self-efficacy.

Holistic Therapy

Holistic Therapy combines mind and body techniques, including breathwork, hypnosis, guided imagery, mindfulness, etc., with psychotherapy techniques like CBT and psychodynamic therapy.

Couples Therapy
